A wolf medallion, moon and moorland atmosphere create a new sign treatment in dark oak and oxblood, rather than recreating the film’s prop.

The local knowledge
Two American backpackers encounter a deeply uncomfortable welcome at this Yorkshire pub. The contrast between a familiar village local and the fear surrounding it makes the Slaughtered Lamb an especially memorable stop in the film. The fictional setting is distinct from the real locations used for filming.
Our interpretation
A wolf medallion, moon and moorland atmosphere create a new sign treatment in dark oak and oxblood, rather than recreating the film’s prop.
